Phone numbers and other information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Shark Fin Logistics, Inc., you may receive conversational SMS messages related to transportation inquiries, shipment coordination, pickup and delivery, load status, documentation, and customer support.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding conversational-purpose communications.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if messages are sent or received domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Shark Fin Logistics, Inc. by submitting an online form and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.

You may also contact us directly at dispatch@sharkfinlogistics.com to request removal from our messaging list.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you provide consent again.
